Fill in the address:
We request attention in completing the correct and complete address with accessories to ensure that delivery is made within the established time frame. Remember that the address cannot be modified after 24 hours of placing the order on the site, since within that period the product is separated for shipping, and it will not be possible to cancel the purchase after 24 hours.
Because this is an international package, the tracking information on the Post website may delay after the tracking code information. Products damaged during transportation are the responsibility of the postal services.
The review of the delivery address must be carried out by the buyer before confirming the purchase, and if the product is returned due to incorrect address or insufficient data, it will be the total responsibility of the customer. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the Post Office, remaining in the office to be picked up but not being claimed, it will be returned to the sender abroad. After the resend confirmation, the delivery period will begin from the date of that confirmation, which will be recorded in the order history.
Due to being an import service, any merchandise is subject to bureaucratic procedures or customs taxes.
In case of resendment, a new delivery time will be established.
